The following terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to your use and redemption of promotional vouchers or voucher codes, where such vouchers are offered for no consideration

- The following terms and conditions apply to the redemption and use of promotional vouchers and voucher codes (“Vouchers”).
- Vouchers are only valid on the Nozomic website
- A valid code must be entered at the checkout page in order to redeem a Voucher
- Customers can only redeem up to one Voucher per day
- Customers can only use the Voucher once
- Voucher validity is limited in time (from a few hours to two weeks). This guideline overrides any individual voucher policy.
- Nozomic reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of Vouchers for any reason, including due to:
- suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity or Voucher use;
- Voucher abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; or
- Voucher used in bad faith (including resold Vouchers or use of Vouchers by customers purchasing products for the purpose of re-selling)
- Unless otherwise stated, Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts
- Additional terms and conditions may be specified in relation to specific voucher code (for example, duration, eligibility, discount amount and products covered), and will govern the use and redemption of those vouchers
- Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash
- Nozomic will not be liable and/or be required to offer replacement Vouchers, discounts, credits, cash or otherwise compensate customers for:
- discontinued or cancelled Vouchers;
- improper use of, or inability to redeem, a Voucher; or
- the inability to redeem a Voucher due to technical issues.
- Nozomic reserves the right to change these terms & conditions or cancel any promotions at any time and without notice
Q4. Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
An order confirmation with the order summary will be sent to you via Email and SMS right after you have placed your order with a successful transaction.

Q6. How Do I Track My Return Status?
You can track return status using the tracking number provided to you by logistics Companies.
Q7. How can I change delivery address/ phone number/ recipient for my existing order?
Changes in delivery address / phone number / recipient of the item is not allowed after the order has been successfully made. This is one of the precaution steps to avoid fraud attempt. Kindly ensure all the information is correct prior placing an order.
Q8. How soon will I receive my refund?
Refund can be processed in case of return or cancellation. For your convenience, we offer different refund options for you to choose from, basing on your payment method at the time of purchase.
We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated. You will be able to see the credited amount on your statement.
If the refund does not arrive after the next two months’ statements, please contact your issuing bank or party directly for support.

Note: Any postage fee incurred during the returns, please send us your postage fee with receipt for us to refund to you. Processing time will be the same as bank transfer method.
